Herbert Ray “Buster” Busby, Jr., age 58 of Oakman, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at UAB Highlands.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery. Wayne Abbott will officiate.
Mr. Busby was preceded in death by his Father-Herbert Ray Busby; Mother-Lora Jean (Hannah) Busby; Brother-Dale Norwood; Sister-Gail Price.
He is survived by his Wife-Vanessa Busby of Oakman, AL; Daughters-Dyanna Busby Overton of Eva, AL and Casey Bruner of Parrish, AL; Sister-Cindy Vines; Brother-Ricky Caffee, Sr.; 6 Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Bruner, Nic Bruner, Christian Lopez, JoJo Lopez, Lyric Fowler, Jordan Lopez, Adam Vine and Jericole Caffee.
