Herbert Larry Hale age 82 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Hale was born July 14, 1932 in Eva, AL to William “Bud” Hale and Jewel McAnally Hale.
Memorial Services for Mr. Hale are Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 4:00 p.m. with Bro. Terry Lamar officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived in by his wife, Glenda Fay Hale; daughters, Linda Leigh Decker and husband Tom of Ocala, FL and Mary Ann Crabtree and husband Bill of Lenoir City, TN; son, Timothy Hale and wife Deborah of Athens; 6 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 7 step great- grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents, William and Jewel Hale; brother, William “Bill” Hale; sister, Debra Hale; infant brother, James Hale.
