Hulen Hall was born on July 6, 1933 in Jackson County, Al. to Price and Alma (Hass) Hall. Hulen retired from Sherwin Williams in Chicago, Il. after 46 years of service. He retired and moved back to Jackson County, Al. He enjoyed gardening, and working as a temporary Custodian for the Scottsboro City School System before falling ill with dementia.
He is survived by his wife of almost 65 years; Mary Ruth, son; Bill(Peggy) Hall, daughter; Connie(Donnis)Steele, grandchildren; Tiffany(Josh)Baker, Michelle Steele, Jeremy(Caitlin)Steele,
Rebecca Hall(Wyatt Twaddle, six great grandchildren; Jace Steele, Sheyanne Tucker, Callie Steele, Sarah Steele, Jackson Steele, and Baylor Steele, siblings; Loyd Hall, Gladys Helms, Lola Bea West.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, 4-7-19 at 3:30 p.m.at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Rev. Duran Teague officiating. Interment will follow at Gold Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, 4-6-19 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was preceded in death by his father; Price Hall, mother; Alma Hall, brothers; John, James, and Rayford Hall.
