Herbert Glenn Karr, Age 80, of Moody, Alabama, passed away Saturday, April 21st, 2018.
Visitation, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 1750 Ashville Rd., Leeds, Alabama. Funeral service, 11:00 a.m., following visitation, at the funeral home. Graveside service and burial to follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Sulligent City Cemetery in Sulligent, Lamar County, Alabama.
Glenn Karr and Evelyn Woods Karr married on March 15th, 1957.
Glenn is survived by 2 brothers, James Arnold “Jim” Karr, Gulfport, MS., and Danny Karr, Hueytown, AL.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Woods Karr (June 21, 1940 – March 28, 1990); his parents, Arnold and Bernice McCormack Karr; grandparents, George Hamp and Izy Rye Karr, and Grover Cleveland and Ludie Mae McCormack.
