Henry John Weitz, 77, of Killen, AL., passed away Monday, April 1, 2024, at North Alabama Medical Center.
Visitation will be Friday, April 5, 2024, from 10-11:00 a.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Mr. Weitz is preceded in death by his parents, John and Susan Weitz; sisters, Maryann Alexander and Marlene Illardi; and wife, Linda Weitz.
He is survived by his son, Jeff Weitz (Christy); daughter, Kerri Hobbs; brother, Michael Weitz; sister, Florence Xarhoulakos; grandchildren, Brady Nickols (Bayli), Gunner Weitz, Slade Weitz, Landon Hobbs, Gracelyn Weitz, and McKayla Hobbs; and greatgrandchild, Blakely Nickols.
He was a member of Corporal Matthew D. Conley #1477, Marine Corps League, and was a Lance Corporal in the United States Marine Corp serving in Vietnam.
