Mrs. Dorothy Fay Childress, age 84, of Guntersville, AL passed away April 1, 2024 at her residence. She is survived by a son, Joel (Laura) Childress; daughters, Carolyn (James) Watters and Angela Dotson; grandchildren, Aleisha Bryant, Jesse Smith, Hannah Childress, Parker Childress, Ashleigh Buxton and Sarah Burgess; numerous great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Hardy.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Neal Childress; father, Cecil Roberts; mother, Ima Roberts; brother, Russell Roberts; sister, Elaine McCarty
