Graveside Funeral service for Henry J. Springer, 84, will be Friday, July 1, 2016 at 6:00 PM at Salem Cemetery with Bro. Harold Thompson officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Springer died on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at his residence. He was born July 23, 1931, in Morgan County to Thomas Ed Springer and Willie Bell Barnes Springer. He was a methodist in his faith, and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He had a love for gardening and farming. He was a Superintendent for AFC Marketing Service prior to his retirement. He was preceded by his son: Jeff Springer and a daughter: Dina Byrd.
