Funeral services for Ms. Helen Singleton Britt, age 84, are scheduled for 2 PM, Thursday, October 21, 2021 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Palestine Cemetery. Ms. Britt passed away on Tuesday in Lexington. She was born May 8, 1937 in Henderson County to the late Lon and Gracie Britt Singleton. She was retired from Johnson Controls and a member of Palestine Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed Gospel Singing and the activities at Briarwood. Ms. Britt was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Loye Britt. Survivors include her brother, William Singleton (Virginia) and two sisters, Cathryn Gant and Shirley Wray (Billy). The family will receive friends on Wednesday 5-9 PM and on Thursday 9 AM – 2 PM.
