Helen Murks Davis, age 84, passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017. Visitation will be today from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jerry Balentine officiating. Burial will be at Butler Cemetery. Pallbearers are Michael Hunt, Devan Wallace, Steven Lamar, Jason Sharpston, Nick Moody, and Josh Sharpston. Honorary pallbearers are Kevin Wallace, Kobey Allen, Austin Moore, Jamie Sharpston, Alex Moore, Christopher Crosslin, Maddox Crosslin, and Brekin Scott.
She was a member of Three Forks Missionary Baptist Church formerly Sweet Water Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death were her two husbands; two children; and two great-grandchildren.
Survivors are her children, Dawn Allen, Raymond Moore Jr. (Amanda), Kandy Payton (Philip), Lisa Wright (Steve), Donna Lowry (Jess), Sherry Crosslin, Timmy Crosslin (Kathy), Cindy Crosslin, Odell Franks, and Terry Crosslin (Teresa), and a host of beloved grandchildren.
