Helen McVay, 86, died Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018. Public viewing will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson and Son Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke United Methodist Church, Sheffield, with burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service.
