Helen Marie Gray Brazier Shaw, age 90, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2019 at NHC Healthcare of Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Westpoint, TN, retired from A&P Bakery, a member of Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #290 in Livonia, MI and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local Union #337.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Thomas Gray; her mother, Lena McDonald GrayTroup; one son, Billie T. Brazier; four brothers, Hershel Gray, Rayford Gray, Grayford Gray, and Alfus Satch Gray; one sister, Doris Ann Gray; and one beloved pet, Yippy.
She is survived by two brothers, Frank Gray (Delores) of Lawrenceburg, TN and Jesse Bruce Gray (Pat) of Leoma, TN; one sister, Bobbie Joyce Gray Cleveland of Calhoun, LA; several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Shah, NHC Lawrenceburg, NHC Homecare, and special caregiver, Brigitte Johnston.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 01, 2019 at Neal Funeral Home, with an Eastern Star service at 6:30 PM and a Rosary service to follow at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 10:00 AM Friday, August 02, 2019, with Father Joseph Mundakal officiating. Interment will follow at Unity Cemetery in Piney, TN.
