Helen Joyce Guthrie, age 75 of Townley, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at WBMC.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, September 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Guthrie Cemetery. Charles Segrest will officiate.
Mrs. Guthrie was preceded in death by her Sister-Cynthia Knopp; Brothers-Hudson Highfield and Eugene Highfield.
She is survived by her Daughters-Teresa McGough (Rodney) and Tammy Hall both of Townley; Son-Michael Guthrie (Brenda) of Carbon Hill; Grandchildren-Brook Vinson (Jonathan) of Maplesville, AL, Chad McGough (Wanda) of Berry, Jason Guthrie of Cordova, Jillian Guthrie of Franklin, TN, Nicholas Hall; Great Grandchildren-Braxton and Harper Vinson of Maplesville, AL, Emma McGough of Morris, Josie Mae and Weston of Berry and Devon Guthrie of Carbon Hill.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Vinson, Jerry Pike, Devon Guthrie, Chad McGough and Jason Guthrie.
