Helen Holmes Sockwell died at the age of 66 in Huntsville on July 29, 2018. The middle child of Warren and Helen E. Sockwell, she was a Huntsville native. Helen was an artist and was known for her love of horses. She was graduated from Auburn University with a fine arts degree. She was a licensed realtor. There will be private memorial service for the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite Huntsville charity.
