Helen Eolian Springer Gaither, 92, of Lexington, AL, passed away March 15, 2015 after an extended illness. Mrs. Gaither was a retired nurse and a member of Lexington Church of Christ.
Mrs. Gaither is survived by step-daughter Betty Jean Knight; brothers Douglas and John Luther Springer; and sisters Lurene Allen and Ruby Harrison. She was preceded in death by parents John Luther Springer and Lola Mae Putman Springer; step-sons John and Billy Gaither; brothers Marvin, O’Neal, and Jessie Springer; and sister Doris Richardson.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18 from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Danny Pettus and Bro. Glenn Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Barnett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Glenn Richardson, Cory Harrison, Dan Springer, Keith Springer, and Dylan Berry.
