Helen Credille Epps – Obituary

 Helen Credille Epps, 91, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Southern Magnolia Estates, Golden, MS. She was born December 9, 1926 in Belmont, MS and had worked at Yarber Drugs in Belmont for many years. She attended Golden Chapel Methodist Church.

Services will be Thursday, February 1, 12 noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Nathan Hodum officiating. Burial will be in Belmont Memory Gardens, Belmont, MS. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her two sons – Billy “Eddy” Epps and Donnie Epps (Linda); one daughter– Diana Barker (Dennis); grandchildren – Kevin Barker (Natalie), Brent Barker (Christi), Justin Parker (Kala), Rodney Epps (Rachel), Norman Epps (Jennifer) and Priscilla Epps; great-grandchildren – Landry Barker, Langston Barker, Cameron Barker, Daxton Barker, Jae Marlie Parker, Rivers Parker, Preston Epps and Greta Epps and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Golden “Billy” Epps, a daughter, Vikki Epps Parker, her parents, Mack Credille and Ica Koon Credille, five brothers, Ellis Credille, Lolan Credille, Leonard Credille, Edward Credille and Pete Credille and one sister, Jessie Pounders.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons – Kevin Barker, Brent Barker, Rodney Epps, Norman Epps and Justin Parker.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 1, 10 a.m.-12 noon at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS
