Heather Nicole Clark, 26, Huntsville, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015. She is survived by her three children, Logan, Andrew and Savannah; her mother, Gina Clark; father, Jim (Deborah) Clark; three sisters, Rachel Ballard, Kathryn Clark and Zachary Clark; brother, WO2 Shaun Paul Clark. Visitation will be Friday at Berryhill Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
