Heath Wayne Sutherland age 34, Phil Campbell, Alabama passed away on Sunday , April 6 , 2014 .
The visitation will be from 6-9 PM Wednesday , April 9, 2014, at Akins Funeral Home. The body will lie-instate at Pleasant Hill FCM from 12-2PM Thursday, April 10th, 2014 With a 2:00 PM service at the church. Burial will follow in the East Franklin Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Gandy, Bro. Clint Knowles, and Bro. Bill Webb will be officiating the service.
Pallbearers will be Colby Franks, Keith Johnson, Tyler Tubbs, Jeremy Lane, Chris Bean, and Mike Webb.
Heath is survived by his wife, Shayla Baker Sutherland, and his daughter Jaci Sutherland. His parents, Larry and Debra Sutherland, mother and father in law, Floyd and Janet Baker, grandfather, Otho Sutherland . His brother in laws, Jason F. Baker, Justin Baker and wife Wensalee. Shayla’s grandparents, Ralton and Carolyn Baker her grandmother Tilda Harrelson and a host of aunts and uncles and extended family members. He had 3 special cousins, Brittany Rutherford Tubbs, Lacey Benford, and Melita Marks, Nieces and Nephews, Kendric, Keaton, Kye, Gage, Leela, and Layla Baker.
He was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Dean Sutherland, , Lathal Inez Kimbrell and his great grandmother, Ada Page. His grandfathers, Charles Edward Kimbrell, James Kenneth Harrleson.
