TOWN CREEK-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle has take the life of one person:
“A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 10:08 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, has claimed the life of a Town Creek man.
Anthony B. Maxwell, 42, was fatally injured when the 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle he was operating collided head-on with the 2014 Dodge Durango that was driven by a 16-year-old from Town Creek. Maxwell was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Lawrence County 143 near Lawrence County 141, approximately six miles southwest of Town Creek, in Lawrence County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
