Hazel Wiseman Church, 95, departed this life on March 17, 2015 for her heavenly home. She was a life long member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Church and her son Jim Church. She is survived by her daughter Sandra Saunders of Meridianville, her son Bob Church of Huntsville, and daughter Joyce Bolt (Zack) of Cleveland, Texas. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be at Berryhill Funeral Home on Thursday, March 19, 2015 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral will be Friday at 11:00am at Berryhill Funeral Home with Randy Pyle and Gary Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Huntsville Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations can be made to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, PO Box 931517, Cleveland, OH 44193-1655 in memory of Hazel Church for the Heart Valve Center fund.
