Hazel Schrimsher Blake, 83, of Madison, passed away Thursday. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clarence Schrimsher and David Blake; and grandson, Shane Childress.
Mrs. Blake is survived by her daughter, Melissa Kelley (Joe); son, William D. Schrimsher (Sharon); five grandchildren: Jason Childress, Brandon Schrimsher, Zackary Schrimsher, Cody Schrimsher, and Amy Toney; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Mike Callahan officiating. Burial will follow at Cochran Cemetery.
