Hazel Marie Cox, age 83 of Haleyville, Al passed away September 18, 2018 at Haleyville, Al. She was a retired Nurses Aide, a member of Open Door Baptist Church.
Visitation is Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 12 noon – 1:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home-Haleyville. Funeral service is at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Joe Spiller officiating. Burial to follow in Busby Cemetery near Nauvoo, Alabama.
She is survived by, children Loyd Wayne Hallmark, his wife Melissa and Janice Marie Galbreath, her husband Dale; grandchildren, Shannon, Kevin Wayne, Mandy, Holly, Tina, Amy, Brandie and Connie; a host of great grandchildren, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Autie Bridgemon; children, Patricia Diane Pratt and Terrel Gene Hallmark.
