Hazel Louise Collins 89 of Boaz passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021
Her Funeral Service Will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Whitesboro Baptist Church with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. She will lie-in-state from 1:30 until 2 at the church. Rev. Alan Hallmark will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Anthony Golden, Koty Murphy, Adam Gaskin, Casey Cooley, Karson Hill, Walker Holland, Barry Cooley, Joshua Golden.
Visitation will be Monday 5 until 8 at the funeral home
Mrs. Collins is Survived by her Children; Shelia Golden (Roger), Tammy Gray (Mike), Kathy Bunton, Grandchildren; Anthony Golden, Koty Murphy (Misty), Brittney Gaskin (Adam), Kristi Holland (Matt), Casey Cooley ((Jessica), 15 Great Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great Grandchild, Sister; Sue Gross, Brother; Frank Amos (Helen), Host of Nieces and Nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband; Donald Collins, Son; Larry Collins, Brothers; Billy Paul Amos, Shelton Amos.
