Memorial service for Hazel Lee Bush, 71, of Cullman will be at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, March 17th, 2018 at Mt. Grove Methodist Church, Rev. Phillip Doss officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Bush passed away March 13th, 2018. She was born August 25, 1946 to Alex and Susie Mae Clark.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmy Bush; sister, Mary Clark.
Survivors include her son, Dennis Dewayne Scott; three brothers, William Henry Clark, James Clark, David Clark; three sisters, Betty Lott, Ruth Clark Smith, Myrlie Davis; three grandchildren, Sandra Cody Tompkins; James Scott, Billy Scott; eight great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
