HUNTSVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident involving a motorcycle that has taken the life of one person:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 4:50 a.m. Tuesday, October 11, has claimed the life of a Hazel Green man.
Nicholas B. Waggener, 25, was critically injured when the 1995 Honda motorcycle that he was operating left the roadway and struck a fence. Waggener was transported to Huntsville Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The crash occurred on New Market Road near Butler Road, approximately eight miles north of Huntsville, in Madison County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
