Hazel Christine Elizabeth Churchwell, age 76, passed away Jan. 7, 2018. Visitation will be today from noon until 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Richard McDonald officiating. Burial will be at Greenview Memory Gardens.
Christine was preceded in death by a son, Terry Churchwell. Survivors include her husband, Harold Donald Churchwell; children, Don Anthony Churchwell, Stevie Dale Churchwell, Scotty Wayne Churchwell, Gregory Ray (Pam) Churchwell, and Debra Lynn (Brad) Bolyton; brothers, Charles (Charlene) Staggs and Richard (Darlene) Staggs; and sister, Shirley Vaughn.
