Graveside service for Hattie Mae Hardin age 101 of Falkville will be Sunday, July 28, 2019 at 7:00pm at Herring Cemetery with Brother Greg Compton officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No visitation is planned.
Mrs. Hardin, who was born July 13, 1918 in Morgan County to Wilvin Stover and Sarah Nervie Puckett Stover, died on Friday, July 26, 2019 at Summerford Nursing Home. She was a member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church for 84 years and was married to her husband, who preceded her in death, for 69 years. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and loved everybody was loved by all.
She is survived by her daughter, Katie Sue Hardin; a grandson, Barry Shannon Hardin; a great-grandson, Mac Hardin and a host of nieces and nephews and friends.
Barry Hardin, Mac Hardin, Wayne Hardin, Jr. Stover, Mark England and Jim Bramlett will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in her honor.
