Hattie Faye Craig, age 80, of Athens, AL passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at her residence. Mrs. Craig was born on July 25, 1935 in Thach, AL.
Mrs. Craig was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Gladys Jones Swanner.
She is survived by her husband Buford Craig, three sons Dennis Craig (Donna), Bruce Craig (Angela), and Gary Craig (Sherryl), three brothers, Ray Swanner, Jr., Billy Wayne Swanner, and Don Swanner (Mickey), one sister Paulette Dean (Jimmy), ten grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.
Services for Mrs. Craig will be on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 2:00 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Monday April 18, 2016 from 6:00-9:00PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Limestone Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Craig was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
