Harry Francis Lamb Jr., 59, passed into eternity on Dec. 11, 2017, in New Port Richey, Florida after an extended illness. Harry was born April 21, 1958, in Riverside, New Jersey. He was the eldest son of Joan Barone (New Port Richey, Florida) and Harry Lamb Sr. (Fairmont, West Virginia). Harry loved meeting people. He traveled up and down the East Coast and throughout the Southeast for several years of his life making close friends everywhere he went. Anyone who met Harry enjoyed his company as he always had an interesting story to tell. He lived a full and adventurous life in his 59 years with us. Harry loved the ocean, the racetrack, and football (especially his Philadelphia Eagles and Alabama Crimson Tide). He was an incredibly hard working man his entire life. He spent his life always lending a hand to whoever needed one at the time. Whether it was loaning someone a little money to help them along or offering an encouraging word, it was evident through his actions that he cared deeply for his friends. But, more than anything, Harry loved his family. His final months and days were spent in deep reflection, making peace with our Lord, and telling us how much he loved us and us telling him how much we loved him as well.

Harry was preceded in death by his baby brother, Christopher Barone, and beloved stepfather, Edward Barone.

He is survived by his mother and father; brother, Steve Lamb (Diane), of Ocean View, Delaware; stepbrothers, Jimmy Barone, of New Port Richey, Florida, and Greg Barone (Bill), of Burlington, New Jersey; wife of 17 years, Sandra Stowe, of Florence, Alabama; daughters, Tara Jaynes (Nathan) and Teresa Clemons (Jon), of Florence, Alabama; and five beautiful grandchildren, Lylah, Lydia and Lynlee Jaynes and Payton and Tanner Clemons.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you take a moment to reflect on the blessings God has given you, and hug your loved ones. Accept apologies and forgive others even if they haven’t asked for it. Love one another, and strive to live your life in peace and joy.
