Harold Wayne Naylor, 79 of Addison, entered into rest on Monday, February 20, 2017 at UAB Palliative Care, Birmingham, Alabama.
Harold Wayne was born on June 18, 1937 in Lawrence County. He was a graduate of the 1956 Class at Addison High School. He loved to fish and hunt, and enjoyed watching Alabama Football and NASCAR.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 5-8pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 1pm at Enmondfield Cemetery in Addison. Brother Michael Turner will officiate.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joyce Naylor; sons, Tim Naylor, Anthony (Michelle) Naylor, and Roger (Sharon) Naylor; daughter, Pam (Marvin) Robinson; brothers, Jerry Alred, and Larry (Shelby) Alred; twin sister, Betty Jane (Tom) Henderson. He was “PaPa” to 5 grandchildren, Brooke (Jonathan) Kelley, Stephanie Cook, Selina Naylor, Matt (Devon) Naylor, and John Naylor; and one great grandchild, Kayra Kelley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Janie Naylor, and Verbie and Frank Alred; brothers, Edgar and Edward Naylor; sisters, Jewell England, Nadine Freeman, Naomi Garrison, and Pauline Asherbranner.
