Harold Wayne Fowler, 60, died Nov. 1, 2015. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, Mississippi. Funeral will be Friday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with burial in Lindsey Cemetery.
