Harold Wayne Donaldson, 76, Tuscumbia, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, January 27, from noon – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. A memorial service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Kirk Bishop and Randy Tanner officiating.
Harold retired as a Master Sergeant with the US Marine Corps with twenty years of service. He had a passion for life, and after his retirement, he remained active, working as a roofer and a bookkeeper, as well as enjoying time spent fishing and golfing as a member of the Tennessee Valley Country Club. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Louise Donaldson, and sister, Terri Lea Donaldson Hunter.
Harold is survived by his wife, Donna Beard Donaldson; children, Mike Donaldson (Leigh) and Kelley Jackson (Jason); and grandchildren, Abbey Donaldson Herbster (Jordan), Kayley Donaldson, and Landrey Jackson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tommy Brewer, Peanut Howard, Jack Straub, Rush Shirley, Wiley Thompson, and Montey Joe Gaisser.
