Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Lakeside United Methodist Church (3738 Meridian Street, NE, Huntsville, AL 35811) with Pastor Thomasi Muhomuba officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Tapscott will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
The Tapscott family will receive guests from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Royal Funeral Home.
Public viewing will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018, and from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018, at the Royal Funeral Home
