Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the Lakeside United Methodist Church (3738 Meridian Street, NE, Huntsville, AL 35811) with Pastor Thomasi Muhomuba officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Mr. Tapscott will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time. The family will greet guests 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Royal Funeral Home Chapel
