Harold Smith, 95, of Anderson, passed away Friday, September 18, 2026. He was a graduate of Lauderdale County High School and a veteran of the United States Navy, having proudly served during the Korean War. He was also a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Anderson.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 24th from 11 – 12 at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Heath Harrelson officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Leo Smith; wife, Wynell Smith; son, Stanley Smith; brothers, Arnold Smith and Donald Smith; sister, Willese McConnell. He is survived by his children, Marsha (David) Smith, Pamela (Dwayne) Proctor and Jeffery (Lynn) Smith; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
