Harold Ray "Buster" Spicer Harold Ray “Buster” Spicer, age 88 of White House passed away Friday, December 19, 2025 at Skyline Medical Center. He was born May 13, 1937 in Livingston, TN to Haskell & Effie Savage Spicer. He worked for 25+ years at Genesco Shoes. Buster enjoyed hunting, fishing, chopping wood and gardening. He loved raising vegetables and peaches and sharing his harvest with all of his friends and neighbors. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Kedna; brothers, Donald, Willie Paul, Charles and Robert. He is survived by his brother James (Toshi) Spicer, Greenbrier, TN; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 1pm in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in White House. Interment will follow in White House Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers. Visitation is planned for Tuesday, December 23, 2025 10am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
