Harold Norman Cole A funeral service for Harold Norman Cole, 77, will be announced by Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Cole was born on November 17, 1946 in Neshoba County Mississippi to Alton and Emma Cole. He died on February 3, 2024 in Guntersville, Alabama.
Harold Norman Cole was a resident of Neshoba County. He was a Vietnam veteran in the Navy from 1966-1967 where he was a gunner. He was also a lifelong member of Pine Grove Church of God. He enjoyed time with family and friends including several nights a week where he gathered to play cards with friends. He was a selfless man who loved doing for others. As many know, he would procrastinate doing things for himself but if there was someone who needed him, he wouldn’t hesitate to stop what he was doing to help. Harold Cole was a man who never met a stranger and will be remembered by all those who’s paths he crossed. Mr. Cole was preceded in death by his Parents, wife Marguriete Cole, his sister Rita Anthony, and his Granddaughter Jamie Jackson.
Survivors include:
Two sons: Larry Cole (Philadelphia, MS), Johny Stewart (Philadelphia, MS)
Three Daughters: Elizabeth Main (Guntersville, AL), Emily Jackson (Philadelphia, MS), and Paula Alford (Philadelphia, MS)
Three Sisters: Pat Johnson (Chunky, MS), Charlotte Peirce (House, MS), and Margaret Germany (Union, MS)
12 Grandchildren
Pallbearers will be Trent Cole, William Cole, Patrick Jackson, Jacob Stewart, Coleby Harris, and Daniel Alford.
