Harold Lowell Keeling  Harold Lowell Keeling, 89, of Madison, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 04, 2025, at Huntsville Hospital Hospice Family Care in Huntsville, Alabama.

Harold was born on Monday, June 24, 1935, to the late Mr. Cashus Keeling and Mrs. Alberta Lynch Keeling in Veedersburg, Indiana.

He spent the majority of his life in the Athens area where he retired proudly from his service with the United States Army as a Sargent 1st Class E7.

In his free time, Mr. Keeling enjoyed spending time farming and being outside. Harold was of the Christian Faith.

Mr. Harold Keeling was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Eaves Keeling, both of his parents, two brothers, Jim Keeling and Dallas Keeling, as well as one sister, Katherine York.

He is survived by two daughters, Argenia (Chris) McGennis and Peggy (Paul) Johnson, one brother, Dale (Beverly) Keeling, one sister; Charlotte Kinkead, as well as two grandchildren; Adam Johnson and Emily (AJ) Larson.

A visitation will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Sunday, February 09, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A Chapel Service will follow directly after visitation beginning at 3:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in Danville National Cemetery located in Danville, Illinois at a later date. Bro. Robin Scott will officiate the service.

Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
