Harold Lee Bennett, age 89 of Huntsville passed away Sat., Nov. 16, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Nancy Bennett; 11 children Barbara Bennett (Pat), Cindy Hayes, Karen Placker, Debbie McGill, Michael Bennett, Susan O’Nale, Lori Overholt, Brenda Wilson, Rhonda Bennett-King, Brian Bennett, and Bruce Bennett; 3 sisters Pat Bennett, Delores Overton, and Mary Overton; 39 grandchildren and great-grandchildren including 1 great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Ruthie Mae Erwin and 4 brothers Robert Bennett, Clarence Bennett, Cletus Bennett and Virgil Bennett.
He was a native of Hot Springs AR, and a resident of Madison County for over 27 years. He was a member of his local Neighborhood Watch. He retired from the U.S. Air Force with 23 years of service to his country and also retired from the U.S. Army Civil Service with 18 years of service.
There are no services planned. Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
