Harold Keith Leathers, 51, went to be with the Lord Thursday, November 7, 2013, at UMC in Jackson. He was born May 14, 1962 to the late Harold V. and the late Wyna Faye Crouch Leathers. He graduated from Tremont High School where he was a member of the basketball team. He worked for the Fulton Police Department for 5 years and for Mississippi Highway Patrol for 16 1/2 years of service before becoming disabled. He loved the part of his job where he was able to help people. He loved spending time with his family. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer.He was a member of the Fairview Hunting Club as well. He loved to watch his Ole Miss Rebels. Keith is known by many as Daddy, Brother, Uncle, and friend.
He is survived by his daughters: Britni (Matt) Fleming and Nikki Leathers, Son, Chauncey (Kelsey) Leathers, Sister, Jeannine (Bryon) Wilemon all of Fulton, Sister, Sandy (Robert) Wright of Nettleton, Granddaughter, Maddi Fleming, Grandson, Paden Fleming, Granddaughter, Olivia Fleming, Granddaughter, Rylei Kait Leathers, Nieces: April Padgett, Laura Terry, Bethany Wilemon, and Emma Wilemon; Nephews: Stephen Blake and Nathan Wilemon.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold V. and Wyna Faye Crouch Leathers.
