Obituary of Harold E Pardon Harold Edward Pardon of Pulaski passed away on January 8, 2026 at NHC Pulaski. He was

88 years old. He was born on October 23, 1937, to parents, Howard and Annie Jarre􀆩

Pardon. He was educated in the Giles County School System and graduated from Beech

Hill School in 1956. He a􀆩ended M.T.S.U. for two years. For six months he served active

duty in the U.S. Army and then spent six years in the National Guard and U.S. Army

Reserve. Harold retired from Maremont/Gabriel in 1993 after thirty years of service. In

2008, he retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation, with thirteen years

of service.

He was a member of Highland Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and a

teacher. His interests were focused on family, work, raising cattle, and reading.

Wife of 58 years, Martha Marie Pardon

Son-in-Law- Freddy Mankins

Sister- Mary Wilburn

Several Brother-in-Laws as well as a Sister-in-Law

Several Aunts and Uncles

He is survived by:

Daughter- Marcia Mankins

Son- Edward Pardon (Kelley)

Son-Eddie Pardon (Lee Ann)

Grandchildren – Josh Mankins (Cassie), Erin Miles (Terry), Ashton Pardon (Lauren), Grace

Greene (Malachi), and Hanna Pardon

Great-Grandchildren – Adleigh Mankins, Robin Pardon, Lilly Pardon, Josiah Greene,

Elias Miles, Tatum Mankins, Bowen Miles, and Cyrus Greene

Bonus Great-Grandchildren – Rylan Edwards, Clayton Beaver, and Madalyn Miles

Four nieces and numerous cousins

Visitation will be 4-8pm Wednesday January 14, 2026 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 10am Thursday January 15, 2026 at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Diana Cemetery.
