Gwen Jackson Stewart, age 63, of Sulligent, AL passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at DCH in Tuscaloosa, AL. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 1:00pm from the Otts Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Gilmer Addition of Sulligent City Cemetery. Reverend Andre Evans to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the funeral service from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.
Gwen was born on December 19, 1956 in Sulligent, AL to the late Hyde Hackman and the late Virginia Mae Jackson. She attended Sulligent High School. Gwen previously worked at Detroit Slacks, NACCO, and Jack Rabbit Slims. She enjoyed watching TV and traveling. Gwen was a member of Greater Victory Church of God.
