ALBERTVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident in Marshall County that has taken the life of a Guntersville woman:
“A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 11:41 a.m. Saturday, December 27, has claimed the life of a Guntersville woman.
Kayla S. Wise, 25, was fatally injured when the 2007 Suzuki XL-7 she was driving left the roadway, struck a tree and caught fire. Wise was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Needmore Road, approximately two miles west of Albertville, in Marshall County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
