A Visitation service for Guandaline (Wanda) Westmoreland, 77, will be Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Westmoreland died on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at her residence. She was born September 22, 1944, in Morgan County to Andy Edward Winton and Thelma Beatrice Hopkins Winton. She was employed by the Morgan County Board of Education, in the maintenance department, prior to her retirement. She was preceded in death by her husband: Jesse Ray Westmoreland, Sr., a son: James Ray Winton, a brother: Arlon Ray Winton, her parents, two grandchildren: Dale Edward Collins and Melissa Marie Collins and a sister-in-law: Elaine Winton.
