Ms. Gretchen Purcell Brecht, age 38, formerly of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Thursday, January 30, 2025. She was born in Tallahassee, FL to Will Brecht and Polly Brecht. Gretchen loved animals and loved to sing. She was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
Gretchen is survived by her father, Will Brecht and his wife Jean Nagy; mother, Polly Brecht; grandmother, Joan Nagy; step-sister, Lauren Nagy; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
