Gregory Richard Kaiser, of Huntsville, Alabama, passed away peacefully at Huntsville Hospital on February 8, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was the middle son of Ted and Ann Kaiser of Huntsville, Alabama who preceded him on death. Greg was born in Galion, Ohio and moved to Huntsville in 1978. He kept an interest in his hometown and had many friends from his years there with whom he spoke all the time.

After being in a wheelchair for over 46 years, and a very hard fight, Greg’s body gave up and God called him to his side where he can again play with his best friends Suzu and Casper and be with his loving parents. Greg was a determined person that never gave up in spite of his handicap. He did everything that he set himself to do and lived his life his way. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed many fishing trips with his friends. No milfoil was safe! During his career he worked PPG Industries in Galion, Ohio, and at Avex and Benchmark Electronics in Huntsville. Greg made many friends during that time that kept in touch with him after he ceased working.

He will be missed by his brothers Steven and Kevin Kaiser, his nieces and nephews, his relatives in Germany, his many friends and former co-workers, and the people that made his independence possible.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 18 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.
