Gregory Rea Tutor, 59, passed away at home, Monday, June 29, 2026. His greatest love was for his family. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working in the garden and always shopping for a good deal until his health declined. He enjoyed his dog, Bear, and messing with his chickens. He worked at Tecumseh in Verona before he started working many years with his dad and brother doing construction work, known as Triple T Construction. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
Services will be at 3:00pm Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home. Bro. Tommy Inmon and Bro. Pete Gregory will officiate. Burial will follow in the Carey Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Tutor Memorial Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.

Tutor; a daughter that was his pride and joy, Cristin Reanae Tutor; brother, Lawayne Tutor (Sharla); sister, Beverly Irby (Lee); uncles, Buster Tutor, Jr (Deborah) and Roger Fooshee (Dara); aunts, Jennifer Scarbrough and Stephanie Inmon (Glen); nephew, Josh Perkins; niece, Jessica Perkins Putt (Shane) and their children; mother-in-law, Clara Wages; brother-in-law, Mancell Wages (Grace); cousins, Lee Tutor (Beverly), Kristi Tutor Hill and Vicki Tutor Kidd (Johnny).
Preceded in death by, parents, Addison Rea and Glenda Ann Tutor; one Baby Tutor; grandparents, Buster and Ola Rea Tutor; Wayne Tutor, Catherine Fooshee and father-in-law, Dan Wages.
