Gregory Finley Ragan, 49, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at his residence. Greg was a member of the Burnsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. He was also formerly employed as a heavy equipment operator at Hoover, Inc. Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 28, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. Franky Smith. Interment will follow in Sardis Cemetery. The Burnsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will serve as pallbearers. Cutshall Funeral Home of Glen, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived by his mother, Sally Oaks (George) of Iuka; three brothers, Tim Ragan (Kelly) of Las Vegas, NV, Karl Ragan (Tresia) of Russellville, AL, and Jeff Ragan (Beverly) of Iuka; one sister, Irene Wilder (Chris) of Copenhagen, NY; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, George T. Ragan; a brother, Howard Ragan; and a sister, Kathy McGowan.
