Gregory Carl Counce, age 51, of Florence passed away Saturday, March 2, 2013. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 6, 10:00 A.M.-12:00 Noon at Spry~Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will follow at 12:00 Noon in the funeral home chapel with Bro. David McKelvey officiating. Interment will be at Florence City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Billy McOsker, Robbie Moomaw, Russell Lindsey, Trey Counce, Dustin Bratcher and Paul Parrish. Kagen Bratcher, Andy Stone, James Edgemon, Sean McOsker, Ken Bratcher, Keith Stevenson and all members of Local #558 will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Mr. Counce was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Electricians Local #558. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, loved Earnhardt racing and loved and lived on the river. Survivors include his parents, Carl and Neal Counce Sisters, Sharon Bratcher (Ken), and Beth Counce; Nephews, Dustin Bratcher (Heather), Trey Counce and Kagen Bratcher; Nieces, Heather Darby (Dustin), Kayla Austin (Channing); Great Nephews, Bryson, Gunner and Brody.
