ARDMORE-On Friday, December 4 the Greater Ardmore Chamber of Commerce held the grand lighting of the Tinsel Trail located at the Bryant House at the corner of Ardmore Avenue and First Street.
The Christmas trees will be on display around Ardmore Town Hall for one month. Festivities begin December 4th at 5:30 pm with a tree lighting ceremony featuring The Wooley Springs Baptist Children’s Choir.
This holiday tradition started as a way to show Christmas spirit and also as a way to honor someone’s memory Mayor Mike Magnusson he enjoys Tinsel Trail every year and believes it is a wonderful experience for everyone in the community. he also said “It is a time for the community to unite and a time to celebrate the season.”
