Grand Jury Returns Chemical Endangerment Of A Child Charge Against Athens Man

ATHENS-Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson released a statement on a Grand Jury indictment regarding a chemical endangerment charge:

“Ronald Malone Sr. was arrested on a grand jury indictment for chemical endangerment of a child last night. This is case was the result of a DHR investigation where Malone and his minor child both tested positive for cocaine. Malone was booked at the police department and transferred to the county jail. “
